Your responsibilities include utilizing our cutting-edge platform and your personal network to discover prospective healthcare talent, initiating contact with candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest, arranging meetings between candidates and our recruitment experts for comprehensive evaluations, staying connected with leads to foster interest and guide them through the hiring journey, keeping precise and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads.

What you'll need to thrive includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive, self-starter attitude, a passion for outreach, making connections, and facilitating career advancements for others, and no prior experience in recruiting necessary—if you're organized and resourceful, we'll guide you through the rest.

Your compensation structure is a commission-only opportunity focused on performance. There are no limits to what you can earn or achieve. Your earnings will directly reflect the value you create: commission for each qualified meeting you organize, additional earnings when interviews occur thanks to your outreach, bonus commission on net-new business acquired, extra commission when placements occur back to your lead, and further opportunities for earnings based on your performance (e.g., retention bonuses).

Your performance will be tracked transparently—every dollar you gain is a result of your initiated actions.
