• Communicate with potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interests
• Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with interested leads to maintain enthusiasm throughout the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires that originate from your leads
