Your responsibilities include:

• Identify and engage prospective healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your existing network
• Introduce MLR opportunities to promising candidates and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters for detailed screening
• Maintain connections with leads to sustain their interest throughout the hiring process
• Keep accurate and real-time records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your compensation structure:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you arrange
