• Engage with candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring experience
• Keep detailed and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Receive commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads
