What You'll Do

• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to maintain enthusiasm and assist throughout the hiring process
• Ensure correctness and timely updates in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on your contributions, including meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your referrals
