Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform alongside your network to source potential healthcare candidates
• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screenings
• Maintain communication with leads to sustain their interest and assist throughout the hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Accrue commission based on your scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads
