Your responsibilities include:

• Reach out to potential candidates, introducing them to MLR opportunities and assessing their interest levels
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our team of recruiters for thorough screenings
• Maintain engagement with leads to enhance their hiring journeys
• Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the number of appointments you set, interviews that occur, and hires made through your efforts

Compensation structure:

• This role operates on a performance-based, commission-only model, meaning your earning potential is limitless, rendering you the architect of your success.
• Compensation includes:
• Commission for every qualified meeting you set up
• Additional earnings when interviews occur from your scheduled meetings
