Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates using our exclusive platform and your own connections
• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange initial meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Maintain contact with leads to nurture their interest and assist them through the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions tied to meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your leads

Prerequisites for Success

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your Compensation

This role operates on a performance-based, commission-only basis. There are no limits on what you can earn or how far you can proceed in your career.
