• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Engage with leads to sustain interest and support their hiring journey
• Maintain current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews that occur, and successful hires that derive from your leads

Compensation Structure:

This role operates on a performance-based, commission-only basis. This means there's no limit to your earning potential and limitless possibilities for your success. You will earn based on the actual value you create:
