Your responsibilities include utilizing our exclusive platform alongside your network to identify prospective healthcare candidates, initiating contact with potential candidates, scheduling appointments for candidates with our recruiters, keeping in touch with leads to nurture interest, maintaining precise and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews that take place, and successful hires from your leads.

Your compensation structure is entirely commission-based, meaning there's no limit to your earning potential or success.
