• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for an in-depth evaluation
• Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and aid in the hiring process
• Keep accurate, real-time records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn competitive commissions based on the meetings you facilitate, interviews that occur, and successful hires from your leads
