Summary:

Support employees and HR partners through benefit enrollment, coverage elections, and qualifying life-event updates. This fully remote, full-time associate role keeps enrollment records accurate and helps people understand plan choices and required documentation.

• Guide employees through enrollment forms, elections, and supporting documentation.
• Review eligibility details and submit completed elections within established timelines.
• Update benefit elections and dependent records in HRIS; track outstanding items.
• Coordinate with carriers, payroll, and HR partners to resolve enrollment discrepancies.
• Explain deadlines, plan materials, and next steps using clear, empathetic language.
• Maintain secure employee records and follow established privacy procedures.

• Experience supporting benefit enrollment, HR operations, or employee records is helpful.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, enrollment workflows, and document tracking.
• Ability to interpret eligibility rules, election windows, and qualifying events.
• Comfort handling confidential employee information with care.
• Clear written communication for employee questions and follow-up.
