Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Maintain engagement with leads to foster interest and assist during the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings organized, interviews held, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based, results-oriented opportunity with no cap on your earnings or limitations on your success. Your income will directly correlate with the value you generate:
