Your responsibilities

• Discover potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform alongside your professional network
• Initiate contact with candidates to present MLR career opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiting specialists for in-depth discussions
• Maintain engagement with prospective candidates and assist them throughout their journey
• Update and manage records in our applicant tracking system diligently
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful candidate placements resulting from your leads

Compensation structure

• This role is commission-only, meaning your earning potential is limitless. Your hard work and dedication directly translate to monetary rewards.
• Compensation will be determined by:
• Commissions for every qualified meeting you set up
• Additional earnings for interviews held stemming from your outreach efforts
• Multipliers on commissions for newly established business
• Bonus commissions from placements that originate from your leads
• Other performance-based earning opportunities (e.g. retention bonuses)
• Your performance is tracked transparently—each dollar earned is directly linked to your initiative and actions.
