• Reach out to suitable candidates, introducing them to opportunities at MLR and assessing their interest
• Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Maintain engagement with leads to nurture interest and accompany them on their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that are conducted, and hires that result from your leads
