Your Responsibilities

Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform and your professional network

Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and evaluate their interest

Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

Follow up with prospects to sustain interest and aid their hiring journey

Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system

Generate commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews that take place, and successful hires from your connections

Compensation Structure
