• Facilitate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your efforts
