Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our unique platform and your existing network
• Reach out to candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our dedicated recruiters for detailed assessments
• Maintain communication with leads to foster interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system
• Receive commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and hires made through your initiatives

Your Compensation Structure
