Your Responsibilities

* Engage potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest levels

* Coordinate appointments with candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Maintain contact with leads to nurture their interest and facilitate their hiring journey

* Keep thorough and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Accrue commissions based on the meetings you curate, interviews that take place, and hires traced back to your leads
