Your core responsibilities include:

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our specialized platform paired with your own network
• Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and guide them through the hiring journey
• Maintain precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads
