• Identify and source potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform combined with your extensive network
• Approach promising candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to keep their interest alive and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A proactive and self-driven attitude — you dictate your daily routine, not the other way around
• An affinity for reaching out, connecting, and aiding others in advancing their careers
• No prior recruiting experience necessary — if you're organized and resourceful, we will guide you through the rest

This is a results-driven, commission-only position. This means your earning potential is uncapped, and your success has no ceiling.
