Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform and your professional network to identify prospective healthcare candidates
• Communicate with potential candidates about MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiting specialists for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up on leads to sustain engagement and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Gain commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews, and successful hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based position, meaning your earning potential is limitless, and there's no cap on your success.
