Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare professionals using our exclusive platform alongside your personal network
• Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with leads to encourage continued interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and updated documentation in our applicant tracking system
• Reap commissions based on your scheduled meetings, interviews facilitated, and successful hires from your leads

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-driven and motivated attitude — you dictate your schedule, not the other way around

• No recruiting experience is necessary — if you're organized and resourceful, we will guide you through the learning process

Compensation Model

This is a commission-centric role, driven by performance. This means your potential earnings are unlimited, and there are no caps on your success.

Your earnings are directly correlational to the value you create:

• Commission earned for each qualified meeting you arrange
• Additional earnings when interviews are conducted from your outreach
• Multiplicative commissions on newly generated business
