Your responsibilities include:

• Utilizing our exclusive platform along with your connections to source potential healthcare candidates
• Reaching out to candidates to explain MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinating appointments for candidates with our recruiters to dive deeper into screening processes
• Following up with leads to sustain their interest and assist in the hiring endeavor
• Keeping precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earning commissions based on the meetings you facilitate, interviews that happen, and successful hires from your leads
