Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Location: Remote (Must be able to work PST hours)
Pay: $70,000/year or more DOE + commission!
Experience:
- Legal recruiting experience required.
Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm PST hours
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Legal Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Handle sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates to law firm clients.
- Schedule interviews and phone screenings with hiring managers.
- Obtain feedback from managers and candidates.
- Present and negotiate candidates' offers and bill rates.
- Email or directly message candidates through Linked In and Indeed.
- Create job descriptions, proofread resumes, and maintain accurate HRIS/ATS databases.
- Conduct reference and background checks, and follow up on onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- 5 years of Legal Recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional deductive reasoning abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
