Your Role

Identify potential healthcare talent through our exclusive platform combined with your network

Reach out to engage potential candidates, introducing MLR's exciting opportunities and assessing their interest

Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for in-depth assessments

Follow up with leads to enhance engagement and facilitate their hiring journey

Maintain precise and current records within our applicant tracking system

Generate commission based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and hires resulting from your efforts

Your Compensation

This position operates on a performance-based, commission-only format. This means there is no limit on your earning potential—your success has no ceiling.

You'll earn based on valuable contributions made:

Commission for every qualified meeting you successfully arrange

Extra compensation for interviews conducted as a result of your outreach

Multiple commission opportunities on newly established business

Bonus commission for successful placements traced back to your leads
