Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates using our specialized platform along with your network
• Connect with prospective candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Follow up on leads to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Ensure our applicant tracking system is meticulously maintained with accurate records
• Obtain commission based on meetings set, interviews carried out, and hires resulting from your efforts

Compensation Structure
