The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst
- Compensation Programs who will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization’s annual merit, incentive compensation, and performance management processes. This role serves as the primary program support for compensation programs and backup on our executive compensation processes, ensuring programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational objectives. The position oversees and supports end‑to‑end program execution within Workday, including system configuration coordination, testing, process governance, reporting, communications, and stakeholder support.

The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Operations to ensure a seamless employee and leader experience. In addition, this position serves as the backup administrator for executive compensation programs, including Long‑Term Incentive (LTI), Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP), and Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP) administration, and supports strategic compensation initiatives and special projects as assigned.

  • Oversee and support the administration and execution of the annual merit planning process, ensuring accurate system setup, testing, reporting, communications, and governance.
  • Oversee and support the annual incentive and bonus planning processes, including coordination with key stakeholders, validation of data, and completion of payout calculations and reporting.
  • Oversee and support the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, year‑end evaluations, calibration support, system administration, and process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday compensation and performance management processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for compensation and performance management programs.
  • Create and maintain program documentation, job aids, training materials, leadership resources, and employee communications.
  • Monitor program execution and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience across compensation and performance processes.
  • Produce standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision‑making, program evaluation, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Support annual salary structure updates, market pricing activities, and compensation analyses as needed.
  • Serve as backup support for executive compensation administration, including Long‑Term Incentive (LTI), Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP), and Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP) processes.
  • Assist with executive compensation reporting, plan administration activities, participant communications, and annual program events as required.
