Job Description Description OverviewIn this role, the individual will manage one specialist and oversee HR Business Operations.
Work LocationArlington, VA, but mostly remote/work from home.
Role ResponsibilitiesThis role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities:
- Manage one specialist
- Oversee the following processes:
- HR budget
- Metrics
- Providing data for HR proposals
- Service Contract Act processes
- small HR projects/initiatives (implement policy/process changes)
- Adhoc requests from HR leadership
2+ years of experience in the following required
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Share Point
Bachelor’s Degree
