Foxtrot is seeking a Recruiter who thrives on active sourcing, creative talent discovery, and raising the bar for talent across our organization. As we rapidly scale our engineering, data, and business teams, you will do much more than manage incoming applications. You will take the initiative to build talent pipelines from scratch, test out‑of‑the‑box engagement strategies, refine our recruitment processes, and help drive Foxtrot to its next stage of growth.

• Execute direct sourcing strategies across technical communities, niche forums, talent mapping, and professional networks to identify and engage top passive talent.
• Lead recruitment end‑to‑end across technical (data and AI software engineering, forward‑deployed engineering), consulting, and corporate functions, spanning entry‑level candidates to senior leadership.
• Continuously assess and raise candidate quality standards across every search, ensuring each hire strengthens the team and aligns with our long‑term goals.
• Take ownership of new recruiting initiatives, testing new channels, introducing better evaluation tools, and helping optimize our talent function for scale.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to map role requirements, align on target profiles, and build repeatable, high‑efficiency interview pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and present compelling offer packages to close top‑choice hires.

• 2 to 4 years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience with a strong track record centered on passive sourcing and creative candidate outreach.
• Proven history of taking initiative to improve talent processes, optimize workflows, or expand talent pools in high‑growth environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to convey Foxtrot’s value proposition and technical vision.
• Comfortable navigating technical terminology, software or data engineering profiles, and consulting delivery models.
• High autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a clear growth mindset focused on quality and execution.
• Ability to work core business hours aligned with US Eastern Standard Time.

• Prior recruiting experience within enterprise software, technical consultancies, data architecture firms, or high‑growth tech startups.
• Experience launching new talent initiatives, creative sourcing campaigns, or referral programs from scratch.
• Hands‑on experience optimizing ATS workflows, evaluation rubrics, or candidate assessment tools.
