LHH is partnering with a large privately held company to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist comfortable handling multiple layers of pay incentives.
Office LocationSeattle downtown, near a LINK station
Worksite Type:4 days in office. Fridays Work from Home.

Compensation$110k to $130k
- 15 days PTO
- 9 Holidays + 2 Personal Days

Backfill. Payroll is currently being processed by the HR Manager so everything will stay up to date until the new Payroll Manager comes on board.
Growth PathThis is an individual contributor role and the highest ranking Payroll professional. Not a growth oriented role.
Reports toVP of Human Resources
Team Descriptionan HR Manager, a VP of HR and two Payroll Specialists who are responsible for processing payroll for other business units.
Hours/Schedule9am to 5pm with flexibility.

ChallengesLearning all of the layers of pay incentives
This job:- 50% Payroll Processing
- 20% HRIS Administration
- Experience handling multiple layers of pay incentives
- ADP Work Force Now
- Comfortable communicating directly with employees regarding payroll and benefits
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or Management Information Systems.
- ADP Workforce Now
- 5+ years processing multistate payroll
