Senior Recruiting Specialist

The Senior Recruiting Specialist leads the recruitment of highly skilled professionals across technical, engineering, and planning functions . This role will focus on sourcing and hiring talent in areas such as factory design, manufacturing excellence, quality & supplier management, project management, supply chain, and digital solutions to support both internal initiatives and external client projects .

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proactive mindset , strong communication skills, and a sales-oriented approach to recruiting . This role requires the ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle while delivering a high level of customer service to both candidates and hiring managers .

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, engineering, and planning roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to collect requisition requirements , define candidate profiles, and align on hiring timelines.
• Create and publish job postings on platforms such as Indeed and Linked In .
• Conduct active sourcing to identify and engage qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers and leadership on candidate suitability.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate all interview stages and hiring manager interviews .
• Manage the offer process , including preparing and communicating job offers and facilitating candidate acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools for key technical roles.
• Proactively identify and engage talent to support current and future client project needs .
• Manage recruiting workflows and documentation within the UKG Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
• Ensure candidate records, communications, and hiring stages are accurately tracked.

• Work closely with internal leadership and project teams to understand staffing needs for internal and external projects.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of recruiting experience , preferably in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience recruiting for roles related to manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or industrial operations .
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems , preferably UKG .
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as
  ** Linked In and Indeed.
