** The One Digital Global Benefits Team is seeking a detailed oriented and analytical Global Benefits Analyst | Account Manager to support the growing practice. This is a remote role, and the desired candidate will work in a team environment, supporting client projects of low to moderate complexity, with a primary focus on multinational employee benefits.  Responsibilities of this role, include assisting clients with mandatory and statutory programs as well as international health and welfare programs (e.g., life, accident, disability, workers’ compensation, medical, dental, vision, and EAP), retirement plans, leaves, incentives, perquisites, multinational pooling, and other HR-related matters.

The role involves conducting research, preparing recommendations for the consulting team, and supporting the delivery of the agreed-upon service plan through detailed analysis, reporting, and presentation work. The Analyst gathers data from a range of sources, analyzes and interprets information, identifies implications, develops potential solutions, and evaluates the impact of each option.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Conduct benefits inventories, gather and analyze data, and prepare client reports and presentations.
* Develop deliverables such as renewal reports, employee benefit summaries, benchmarking analyses, compliance audits, global broker RFPs, multinational pooling studies, and other materials supporting the management of global benefit programs – collaborating with a Consultant, Senior Consultant and Client Service Team (CST)
* Partner with the CST and local country brokers to design and implement new benefit plans or update existing programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with the client’s market strategy.
