The Human Resources Senior Operations Manager works under the direction of the Human Resources Operations Director and is responsible for operational leadership for the Company. The HR Sr. Manager works on delivering comprehensive HR support throughout the organization, and will serve as a daily HR regional resource across various entities. This role partners with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals within skilled nursing facilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with increasing responsibility in human resources management.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Arizona, and Utah, with minimal travel required.
• Previous experience providing HR support across multiple locations, facilities, or business units preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment practices, and applicable federal and state employment law.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting healthcare, skilled nursing, or highly regulated environments strongly preferred.

• Deliver consistent HR support to HGM and all entities.
• Contribute to key HR and organizational projects, such as policy updates, acquisitions, and employee programs.
• Participate in regional HR projects and initiates as assigned.
• Monitor and track quality assurance and provide recommendations and regional support.
• Provide guidance and resources to facility HR Managers to promote consistent survey preparedness and response practices.
• Provide operational support when facility HR Managers are unavailable.
• Identify operational challenges and partner with leadership to develop and implement solutions
• Provide training and ongoing guidance and support to facility HR Managers to strengthen HR knowledge, consistency and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to facility HR Managers in resolving payroll and timekeeping questions or issues.
• Utilize UKG Kronos for employee data management, reporting analytics and timekeeping as needed.
• Travel periodically to Arizona skilled nursing facilities, or Utah home office, for HR operational needs.
