Role: Contract Recruiter (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

Pay Rate: $29/hour

Location: Fully Remote (only East Coast candidates)

Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume recruiting environment. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hiring cycles and enjoys keeping pipelines full and moving.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to recruit for multiple roles simultaneously while delivering a strong candidate experience.

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates efficiently
• Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience
• Meet hiring deadlines in a fast‑moving environment

• Prior experience in high‑volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced setting
• Preference for candidates based on the East Coast
