Payroll Associate

Now hiring a Payroll Associate in Secaucus, NJ, with options for an on-site role at the headquarters or remote work at a construction site in North Bergen, NJ. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM for the headquarters location and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the trailer office, both with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break. The pay rate is $33.65 per hour, with annual salaries ranging from $70,000 to $80,000.

As a Payroll Associate, you will handle payroll processing, ensure accuracy in employee hours and deductions, and support the payroll administration team with various related tasks. You will work either at the company's headquarters or remotely at the construction site, providing flexibility depending on the location.

• Processing and verifying payroll data
• Managing employee time records and attendance
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Collaborating with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies

• Prior experience in payroll processing or a related finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred associate's degree or higher in finance or related field
