About the job

This position is needed to gather requirements, design solutions, test functionalities, and provide configuration support across the recruit-to-hire employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will partner closely with Talent Acquisition (TA), People Technology, and business stakeholders to drive efficient and user-friendly technology solutions that support global hiring using platforms such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, Hacker Rank, Linked In, Hire Right, and specialized candidate fraud and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with TA and HR stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead follow-up requirements gathering clarification and demos to stakeholders to ensure recruit-to-hire business outcomes are being achieved.
• Analyze existing talent acquisition systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and fraud prevention.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to configure, design, and implement solutions across TA platforms including Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, Linked In, Hire Right, and Hacker Rank.
• Develop detailed functional design documents and use cases tailored to candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Define test strategies, author comprehensive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts, coordinate testing cycles with recruiters, and hands-on log/triage defects.
• Manage and execute testing activities including system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery across the hiring tech stack.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations for all TA applications.
• Serve as the liaison between TA business units and People Technology Product Managers or Owners, ensuring that technology solutions meet complex hiring needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and industry best practices to inform system enhancements.
• Create user guides, release notes, and documentation for new features, facilitating training and knowledge transfer sessions for TA users and administrators as needed.
