Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support immediate hiring needs across IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Enterprise Security, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to partner directly with business leaders and drive recruiting efforts for critical positions across the organization. The team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
• Recruit for technical, engineering, cybersecurity, and corporate roles
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top active and passive talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring decisions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
• Leverage recruiting metrics and market data to influence hiring strategies
• Manage requisitions within Success Factors or a similar ATS

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical and specialized positions
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
• Experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and employment laws
• Success Factors experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Candidates must be local to the Los Angeles area and able to pick up equipment in person. Equipment cannot be shipped.

This is a Contract position based out of Rosemead, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
