The Gig:As an HR Generalist, you’ll serve as part a team as a trusted advisor to our clients guiding them through employment compliance, recruiting top talent, supporting benefits administration, developing people policies, and building culture-driven workplaces.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like:- Consulting with clients on multistate HR compliance and best practices
- Leading recruitment efforts: creating job postings, sourcing, screening, hiring
- Onboarding new employees and orienting them to their manager and team
- Supporting employee relations, benefits administration, leave of absences including FMLA, and state leaves.
- Conducting remote employee trainings and creating employee communications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR
- 4+ years of HR experience, including multi-state, talent acquisition, and leave management experience
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and recruiting platforms
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- MS Office 365, Teams, Adobe Pro and exposure to AI tools like Chat GPT
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP credential
- Must be based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida
- Fully remote with occasional travel within Florida and 2 to 4 overnight trips per year to Hauppauge, NY for team meetings and events
- Must have a quiet, private home office setup and secure internet.

Posting Salary Range:$62,000 to $70,000 annual salary
