Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
- This is a 6 month contract position with potential for extension based on performance and future hiring demands
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and craft compelling job descriptions that attract diverse talent
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process - from sourcing passive candidates to extending and closing offers across a range of functions and seniority levels
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing channels including AI-powered tools, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, building genuine relationships and ensuring a consistently excellent experience
- Leverage Greenhouse to maintain pipeline integrity, accurate data, and a compliant, efficient recruiting workflow
- Analyze recruiting metrics to surface trends and make data-backed recommendations that improve process and outcomes
- Contribute to broader Recruiting and People team projects, including employer branding, DEI sourcing initiatives, and operational improvements

You naturally tend towards data to track results and improve processes across multiple regions. You can quickly prioritize and organize your time to get things done, often under deadlines and across various time zones. You’re a good listener and understand the unique psychology of both hiring managers and candidates across different global cultures. You are organized and process-driven; you’re not afraid to define how you want things to go and communicate this with your stakeholders.
You are naturally creative, curious, and inspired to learn new things. Strong track record owning the end-to-end recruitment process - from building diverse pipelines to navigating complex offer negotiations across all seniority levels. Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, Linked In Recruiter, and Generative AI tools for sourcing and outreach. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads while staying adaptable and resilient as priorities shift.
Deep experience recruiting across both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and commercial roles (Sales, CSM, GTM) for enterprise software and/or SaaS companies. We know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome.
