About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead their HR operations entirely remotely. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance across the organisation. - Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals.

- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.

- In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and modern HR technologies for remote operations.
