Perform Yard is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing SaaS team remotely. You will partner with the Director of People and executives to source, recruit and close top talent across all departments, driving full life-cycle recruitment.
You will collaborate with hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, use Linked In Recruiter and other channels, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from intake to onboarding. Must have 1–3+ years of recruiting and a Bachelor's degree.
