We are a fast-growing healthcare staffing company looking for an experienced Permanent Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a motivated recruiter who understands agency staffing and knows how to build relationships, develop candidate pipelines, and successfully close permanent placements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare professionals for permanent/direct-hire opportunities
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals
• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment and placement process
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and referral sources
• Partner closely with the sales/account management team on active searches
• Consistently meet recruiting, activity, and placement goals

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare staffing agency experience is required
• Proven success making permanent/direct-hire placements
• Strong sourcing, recruiting, and candidate relationship skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
