Location: Kansas City Metro Area, KS (Mostly Remote)
Contract: 13 Weeks with Potential Extension
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support healthcare recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a mostly remote position; however, candidates must reside within the Kansas City Metro Area and be available to attend onsite meetings and training as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative positions
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records
- Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage a high-volume requisition workload
- 1+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience screening and interviewing candidates
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting desk
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience
- Bachelor's Degree
