• Speak with drivers who have already applied for jobs,
• Pre-qualify and match drivers with the right carriers,
• Help drivers complete applications and move through the hiring process,
• Schedule orientations and follow up through onboarding,
• Work with carrier hiring teams to place drivers,
• You are not cold calling. You are working with active applicants.

• Daily inbound leads from drivers actively looking for jobs,
• Access to a large database of applicants,
• Full CRM and recruiting system,
• Step-by-step training from start to finish,
