Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, HR Manager
Front Range Community College (FRCC) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across multiple campus locations. You will ensure compliant, equitable hiring practices, optimize the ATS, and drive continuous improvement using data and KPIs.
You will partner with hiring managers, develop resources for search committees, and represent FRCC at career fairs to strengthen talent pipelines. A strong on-campus presence is required with occasional remote work.
