Temporary Recruiting Specialist

Schedule

Part time hours;
Monday – Friday, occasional weekends and holiday if needed.

Duties/Responsibilities for the Recruiting Specialist

100% on the phone
Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply for open jobs (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)
Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided)
Making job offers, sending background checks
Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

Required Skills/Abilities

Enjoy talking with people
Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) highly preferred
Experience with MS Excel
Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams – 0365
Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
Strong organizational & communication skills
Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
Passion for People

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to provide a stable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment when working from home
