Do you have experience recruiting within Behavioral Health, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or Allied Health and want to use your expertise to help build teams that make a meaningful difference in the lives of others?

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across our Behavioral Health, ABA, and Allied Health programs. In this fully remote role, you will partner closely with operational leaders to identify talent, build candidate pipelines, interview qualified candidates, and drive the recruiting process through offer acceptance.

Previous recruiting experience within Behavioral Health, ABA, Allied Health, or a closely related healthcare environment is required.

• Manage recruiting activities for assigned Behavioral Health, ABA, and Allied Health positions, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, hiring-manager coordination, and offer management.
• Recruit for positions that may include BCBAs, Behavior Technicians/RBTs, licensed behavioral health professionals, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other clinical and direct-care roles.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, schools/universities, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, interest, and alignment with position requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs, establish recruiting priorities, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring activity.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies for high-volume, difficult-to-fill, and specialized clinical positions.
• Create and maintain effective job postings and identify appropriate external recruitment sources to attract qualified candidates.
• Build talent pipelines and develop relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, and community partners.
• Facilitate the offer process and ensure a smooth handoff of accepted candidates to the Talent Acquisition Assistant team for preboarding, background screening, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting activity and analyze key metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, hiring results, and recruiting trends.
• Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and operational partners to continuously improve recruiting strategies and hiring outcomes.

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Recruiting experience within Behavioral Health, ABA, Allied Health, or a closely related healthcare field required.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting clinical, licensed, therapy, and/or high-volume direct-care positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
