Contract recruiter, HR​/Recruitment

• Metrics: HIGH VOLUME REQUISITIONS and FAST-PACED - URGENCY (managing 85 - 90 requisitions ongoing at a time - supporting multiple Leaders)

• REQUIRES STRONG PHONE SCREENING EXPERIENCE
• Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding
• Hourly pay range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Based on years of experience)
• 401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be pre-approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays
• All equipment/ resources provided: laptop; headset; soft phone;
  Microsoft Suite;
  Outlook; GHR ATS; job boards
• WFH (Work from Home) - Will participate in onsite events in the local Market - at least once per month
• Availability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO

*Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Will source talent via ATS system; phone screenings, extend offers, offer negotiation. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

The Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager.

The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.

• Service Line - Will recruit for EXPERIENCED RNs (REGISTERED NURSES) positions for hospitals/ Facilities
• Travel:
  Will be required to participate in onsite events - travel minimum once per month
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Qualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Healthcare recruiting experience
  
  Effective communication skills - great/ polished communicator
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with ATS
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Must have experience successfully handling HIGH-VOLUME recruitment

** Must have reliable transportation to attend/ travel to onsite events. Recruiter must reside in the local Division of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
