Jordan's Furniture is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape the employee experience across our stores. You will support J-Team through high-volume recruiting, onboarding, performance, engagement, and growth opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
This hybrid role offers two days per week remote work, with travel to Rhode Island and Connecticut stores 2–3 times monthly and weekly trips to the Taunton, MA corporate office as needed.
